Hi! My name is Claire and I am so happy you found my portfolio! I have lived in Texas since 2022, and prior to that, I was a nursing student at the University of Hawai’i living on the island of O’ahu. And if you’re wondering what happened with that…online school (unexpectedly due to COVID) + learning how to become a healthcare professional? Not exactly a great mix! I am now educated in digital photography fundamentals through the Austin School of Photography and engage in freelance work all around Texas, with my home base being in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I mainly specialize in motorsports, however when I’m not trackside, I also enjoy shooting portraits and events!

Growing up, taking photos was never just a hobby, it always had a more profound meaning in my eyes. I had recognized that photography was the primary vehicle for preserving the things we cannot physicalize, our memories. It also quickly became a way for me to bring my creative visions to fruition and showcase my individuality to others. Apart from being a job that I adore, photography will always be my personal contribution to keeping reminiscence alive.

While I may be at the beginning of my professional photography journey, my hunger for learning and thriving in this industry knows no bounds. I am immensely grateful for all of the opportunities that I am presented with while I advance as a photographer.
